What an experience. The communication was prompt and thoughtful. The talent is evident in the pics and the customer service was above 5 stars. After a phone call to discuss details and customization, I placed the order and left instructions for a personal note to the recipient. In my note to my family member, I made a mention of a flower that was not mentioned in our customization call. Kaitlen found said flower and added it to the order as a complete surprise. I would recommend her and this company in St George without hesitation. Thank you!
